Following the market opening Tuesday, the Dow traded down 1.79% to 33,748.82 while the NASDAQ fell 2.56% to 13,499.97. The S&P also fell, dropping, 2.59% to 13,496.29.

BMO Capital analyst Jackie Przybylowski downgrades Turquoise Hill Resources (NYSE:TRQ) from Market Perform to Underperform and lowers the price target from $14 to $12.
