KKR to Sell The Bountiful Company to Nestlé for $5.75B
KKR (NYSE: KKR) today announced that Nestlé (OTC: NSRGY) has agreed to acquire The Bountiful Company, a pure play branded leader in global nutrition, for $5.75 billion.
