KKR to Acquire Japanese Real Estate Asset Manager Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.from Mitsubishi Corporation and UBS Asset Management for ~$2B in Cash
KKR & Co. Inc. (together with its subsidiaries, "KKR"), Mitsubishi Corporation ("Mitsubishi") and UBS Group and UBS AG ("UBS") today announced the signing of a strategic transaction by a subsidiary of KKR, which is acquiring all of the outstanding shares of Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.
