Reported Late Wednesday, Navidea Biopharmaceuticals Files Appeal In CRG Case

Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE:NAVB) (“Navidea” or the “Company”), a company focused on the development of precision immunodiagnostic agents and immunotherapeutics, today announced that on November 29, 2022, Navidea and its majority-owned subsidiary Macrophage Therapeutics, Inc. filed an appeal of the judgment by the District Court of Harris County, Texas in Case No. 2018-24442-151; Capital Royalty Partners II, L.P. et al. v. Navidea Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. and Macrophage Therapeutics, Inc., with the 14th Court of Appeals of Texas for review by the appellate court.
