Otonomo Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ:OTMO) (“Otonomo” or the “Company”), the platform powering the mobility economy, today announced that it has received a written notification from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) dated August 23, 2022, indicating that the Company no longer satisfies Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) based upon a closing bid price of less than $1.00 per share for the Company’s ordinary shares (the “Shares”) for the prior 30 consecutive business day period.
The notification from Nasdaq has no immediate effect on the listing of the Shares, and the Shares will continue to trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “OTMO”.
