(Watermark), a capital improvements and property restoration company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama.

(Watermark), a capital improvements and property restoration company headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. This strategic partnership is part of First Onsite’s approach to attain operational excellence for clients by focusing on the expansion of critical services and timely responses.
Founded in 2002, Watermark services the commercial and multi-family sectors. The company specializes in capital improvements and provides fire and water restoration to its clients. In addition to the Birmingham headquarters, Watermark has sales offices in Tampa, FL, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, and Houston, TX.
