Ensysce Biosciences, Inc. (“Ensysce” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:ENSC, OTC:ENSCW) today announced that the Company will begin trading its common stock under the ticker symbol “ENSC” on The Nasdaq Capital Market and warrants under the ticker symbol “ENSCW” on the OTC Market on July 2, 2021.
As previously announced, the Company closed its merger with Leisure Acquisition Corp. (“LACQ”) on June 30, 2021, which was approved by LACQ’s shareholders on June 28, 2021.
