FAT (Fresh. Authentic. Tasty.) Brands Inc. (NASDAQ:FAT) (the “Company”) announced today that it has reached an agreement in principle to settle the consolidated securities class action lawsuit captioned In re FAT Brands Inc. Securities Litigation, Case No. 2:22-cv-01820-MCS-RAO (C.D. Cal.), pending against the Company and certain of its current and former officers and directors in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The consolidated class action complaint was filed in March 2022, as described in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 23, 2022. The agreement to settle the lawsuit was reached following a voluntary mediation process.
